Through God's grace and love, may we help our Youth grow in wisdom and understanding of the Faith, that they may live their lives as witnesses to Christ our Lord.
We look forward to another year of sharing our Catholic faith with your children. We encourage you to engage with your children on the many themes they explore here, and share with them, and model for them our Catholic way of life.

Enroll Your Child in Faith Formation
Faith Formation Enrollment Form
Families who have never participated in instruction at St. Agnes and are enrolling children into St. Agnes Faith Formation program must submit: 1) Faith Formation Enrollment Form; and 2) Parish Family Registration Form. Families must register as parishioners of St. Agnes. Baptismal certificates must be provided. If your child was baptized at St. Agnes, Reading, please let us know (certificate is not necessary).
Grades 1 and 2: Arrival/Dismissal Policy
Arrival - Classes begin at 10:15am or 12:15pm for later session. All children gather on the 2nd floor of the Parish Center. At this time, please check your child in to find out their teacher name and room number. Important: please make sure you know your child’s teacher’s name and his/her classroom number.
For the remainder of the year, children will meet on the 2nd floor at their designated class table. Attendance will be taken after which children will proceed to the 3rd floor for classes.
Dismissal - Class dismissal is at 11:15am or 1:15pm for later session. We ask that you wait on the 1st or 2nd floor until the dismissal time, rather than in the 3rd floor hallway. Children will remain in their classroom until picked up by an authorized adult.
Grades 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8: Arrival/Dismissal Policy
Arrival - Students go directly to their classroom on the 3rd floor.
Students who walk home: If your child will be walking home (weekly or every now and then) we require parent permission. Submit on-line by October 4, 2015: Permission to Walk Home
Students who wil be picked up: It is not necessary to go to the 3rd floor for pick-up. Student pick-up will be in the designated waiting area, located by the garage, at the bottom of the parking lot.
Please maintain clear communication with your child regarding dismissal. It is our hope that with clear communication we avoid situations where the parent arrives for pick-up to find that their child has decided to walk home.
Traffic between the Church and the rectory is blocked off. We discourage this route because it is a tight left turn after the church, with reduced visibility.
We ask for your patience and awareness: always, but extra cautiosly as we head into the darker winter months. At dismissal there are many moving bodies and moving cars.
Have you ever considered making an impact on the lives of the next generation? Are you interested in an exciting way to build relationships and get involved at St. Agnes Parish? Why not join our Catechist Team and share our Faith with youth? Yes! I want to Volunteer
